I've done several pictures trying to capture the beauty of this but it's just not the same as when you hold this in your hand and the light catches the gorgeous cut stone. Here is a nice antique advertising jewelers pocket watch key. Size 7, on one side is written "W.Proctor Heanor". On the other side is "Watch Maker and Jeweler". Heanor is a small village situated is Derbyshire within the Midlands, United Kingdom. The key is of brass and steel construction and measures apprx 38mm.
