Sterling silver hunter cased
fusee pocket watch. Hallmarked London 1885, makers "C.H", numbered
10521. Hinged front, back and bezel. Case has signs of wear, a couple
of dings. White porcelain dial with Roman numerals, inset sunken seconds
dial with Arabic numerals. There is a very small chip on the dial which
is hardly noticeable. The swing out movement is protected by a dust cover,
beneath the dust cover is a chain driven fusee movement with gold balance
wheel, signed "G.J. PEARBE - RADSTOCK" and also numbered 10521
showing an original match. Key wound and set (no key with watch), the
watch is running. It is missing the crystal and hour hand so requires
some attention. External diameter is 50mm.

Superb Victorian pocket watch in an open faced case.
Hinged front, back and cuvette. Swiss hallmarks for .935 silver (higher
grade than sterling silver) and numbered 85292. Entire case is beautifully
decorated with superb ornamental engraving in a very unusual way. A
couple of inconsequential dings on the case. White porcelain dial, no
visible hairlines, Roman numerals and nice decorative gold enameling
and a beautiful pale pink circle around the inner chapter. Spade and
whip hands. The watch size is suitable for either a gentleman or a lady.
External diameter is 41mm. Movement is anonymous. Key wound and set,
the watch runs but main spring slips so some attention is required.

hallmarks for solid 18K gold (18ct gold) assayed at the London office
in the year 1848, makers "H.G.P.C" and numbered 223. The Decorated rims,
engine turned edge and back. Case shows smoothing. Superb fancy gold dial
skillfully decorated with hand engraving. Applied gold Roman numerals,
terrific hands, subsidiary seconds dial with Arabic numerals. Anonymous
chain driven fusee movement is numbered 2223 which. Key wound and set
(no key with watch) this wonderful treasure is not running and requires
repair. The fusee chain is not present. External diameter is 39mm.
A beautiful watch that is waiting to be brought back
to it's former glory.

Antique pocket watch in an
open faced case. Hinged front and back. Full set of English hallmarks
for sterling silver, assayed at the London office in the year 1851, makers
"J.J" and numbered 45734. The back has very unusual and attractive
decorative engraving. Some minor inconsequential dings under close inspection.
White porcelain dial has a single faint visible hairline over the 7. Roman
numerals, inset sunken seconds dial, spade and whip hands. Key wound and
set. No key with watch. Swing out movement is protected as usual with
a dust cover, unusually the dust cover is nicely signed "IMPROV'D
LEVER", beneath the dust cover is a chain driven fusee movement signed
"ROBINSON - RUGBY" and numbered 45734 which corresponds with
the case number showing this to be the original movement. The movement
also boasts a gold balance wheel and diamond endstone. Unfortunately the
watch is not running and requires repair, the chain is out with hook missing
at one end. The balance seems OK.External diameter is 48mm.

filled hunting case with hinged front back and cuvette. Unusual checkered
design on ousite of case and an interesting design around the rim. Case
is stamped "BREGUET WATCH CASE" and numbered 587053, also stamped
"JBB PLAQUE OR GARANTI 10 ANS G". Very attractive paterned dial
with applied Arabic numerala, subsidiary seconds dial, second hand and
crystal missing, bezel is fine. Dial signed "RAJAH" SWISS MADE.
Swiss made movement, stem wound and set, the watch is not running, balance
appears damaged, requires expert attention. External diameter is 50mm.

Wonderful antique pocket watch
in an open faced case. Hinged front and back, case has a full set of English
hallmarks for sterling silver assayed in London 1868, makers "S.F" and
numbered 77. The beautiful silver dial has applied gold Roman numerals,
an interesting designed central area with wonderful applied gold decoration
and Fleur de Lis hands, the crystal is missing. The back is beautifully
decorated, engine turned with a superb central floral engraving and clear
cartouche. No dings or dents and good hinges. The chain driven fusee movenment
is signed "Sam Hume - Durham" and numbered 7677. Unfortunately the balance
cock is detached without a screw and the balance spring tangled. The chain
seems intact and attached at both ends. The watch obviously needs some
expert/loving attention to bring this wonderful one hundred and thirty
three year old English silver pocket watch back to it's former glory.
